Photometric Analysis

Description

Whether for indoor or outdoor applications, our photometric analysis plans show the footcandle levels on a point by point basis overlaid on your project’s site plan. Our lighting plans will help your new or existing parking lot, tennis court or building meet the approval of city or township lighting requirements. Here is a breakdown of our services and fees:

Basic Projects – $400 Minimum

Client Provides:

• Auto CAD File
• Elevations
• Parameters of project
• Lighting Criteria, Schedule and Preferred Fixtures with IES Files

We Provide:

• 2D Design in 3 to 5 Business Days
• Design provided in Auto CAD and PDF
• Discounted quote for lighting package used in design

Intermediate Projects – $800+

Client Provides:

• Auto CAD File
• Parameters of project
• Summary of lighting needs and preferences and/or Lighting Criteria, Lighting Schedule and Preferred Fixtures with IES files

We Provide:

• 2D Design in 3 to 5 Buisness days
• Up to 1 Revision
• Assist choosing fixtures and getting municipal criteria
• Basic 3D model rendering to show light uniformity **
• Spec Sheets for fixtures included in design
• Design provided in Auto CAD and PDF, with spill and site lighting calculations
• Discounted quote for lighting package used in design

Advanced / Complex – $1400+

Client Provides:

• Auto CAD File
• Parameters of project
• Summary of lighting needs and preferences and /or Lighting Criteria, Lighting Schedule and Preferred Fixtures with IES files

We provide:

• Up to 3 Revisions
• 2D Design in 5 to 7 Buisness days
• Assist choosing fixtures and getting municipal criteria
• Detailed 3D model rendering to show light uniformity and walk through of site via video**
• Spec Sheets for fixtures included in design
• Design provided in Auto CAD and PDF, with spill and site lighting calculations
• Discounted quote for lighting package used in design

*We reserve the right to review project scope to determine appropriate level of services before starting the work.   All estimates are based on information needed to complete study.  Payment in full is required before work will be initiated.
